​3 Red flags of a low frequency internal dialogue

Before you can change the vibe, you have to identify the patterns. Watch out for these three frequency-killers:

  1. The “what if” spiral: Focusing entirely on worst-case scenarios.
  2. ​The comparison trap: Measuring your “behind-the-scenes” against someone else’s “highlight reel” on social media.
  3. The perfectionist’s noose: Telling yourself that if it isn’t perfect, it isn’t worth doing.

​The 3-step “Vibe Flip” technique

Whenever you catch yourself slipping into a low-frequency thought, use this simple ritual to realign:

1. Catch it

Don’t get mad at yourself for having the thought. Just observe it. Say to yourself: “I see you, fear. I recognize this is a low-vibe thought.”

2. Challenge it

​Ask yourself: “Is this thought an absolute truth, or is it just a story I’m telling myself because I’m scared?” Most of the time, our fears are just bad storytellers.

3. Change it

​Replace the thought with a “bridge statement.” If saying “I am a millionaire” feels like a lie, try: “I am in the process of becoming more financially free every day.” This feels believable and raises your vibration instantly.

​Copy these, write them in your journal, screenshot them for later, you can also use pinboard for fridge or closet so you can always repeat them while cooking or dressing up:

– I am worthy of my desires, exactly as I am. ​
– Every thought I think is a seed for my future; I choose to plant abundance.
​- I release the need to be perfect and embrace the joy of being me.
​- My vibration is rising, and I am a magnet for miracles.
