Waking up at 5 AM isn’t about ‘grinding’ or forcing yourself into productivity. It’s about claiming the most sacred hours of the day before the rest of the world wakes up. It’s about choosing your energy over your blankets. But the secret isn’t in the alarm clock—it’s in the alignment.
Believe me when I tell you – this for me was the most difficult decision to make. I am a sleeper. And I have a child, which means I had to wake up every day earlier. But 5 AM? Now that was tough one. So, if I was able to, you certainly can.

So, here it is ….

THE MUSE METHOD

​1. Anchor Your Soul: Have a Strong ‘Why’ ​”If your reason for waking up is just ‘to work,’ you will hit snooze. Your ‘Why’ must be more delicious than sleep. Is it the silence? The golden light of the sunrise? The way your coffee tastes when no one is asking for your time?
The Muse secret: connect your early rise to a feeling of luxury, not a list of chores.

Let`s go even deeper in finding your “Why”
Most people try to wake up early because they feel they ‘should’ be productive. But ‘should’ is a low-vibration frequency. A Muse doesn’t act out of obligation; she acts out of creation. ​To make your ‘Why’ indestructible, you must anchor it to one of these three sacred levels: ​
The Luxury of Silence (The Aesthetic Why): Your reason is that first sip of coffee in total stillness, while the house is still in a ‘vortex’ of peace.
