Most people exercise to “burn off” something they ate or to change how they look. In the High Vibe world, we move to circulate light. When you move your body with intention, you are breaking up energetic blockages and making space for new ideas and opportunities to flow in.
Movement is the quickest way to change your state. It`s the language of the subconscious. When we feel ‘stuck’ in our lives—stuck in a job, a relationship, or a creative rut—it is often because our energy has become stagnant. Through intentional movement and breathwork, we create a vibrational shift. We move the energy from the lower chakras (survival and fear) up to the heart and crown (love and intuition). This is why I call it medicine; it heals the invisible parts of us that traditional medicine often overlooks.

Move your body
So if you feel stuck in your head, get into your body. Choose the kind of movement, the sort of sport, that feels best for you. Mine is yoga, so I made a list of best 3 practices I use along with yoga that help me hit the highest frequency while practicing. You can use similar for other sports. Either its clothing or mat or hydration- always choose natural materials and high-vibration essentials.
A list of best 3 practices I use
1. The Foundation: Why natural materials matter
Your energy is sensitive to the materials it touches. Synthetic mats can “dull” your grounding. Opting for a cork or natural rubber mat connects you to the Earth’s frequency even when you are indoors. I noticed a massive difference in my focus once I cleared the “plastic energy” from my practice. For best results I use eco-friendly cork yoga mat, but of course you can choose any other, just be sure its made from natural material.
2. Sacred Support: The power of restorative props
High vibe movement isn’t always about sweating; sometimes it’s about surrendering. Using a bolster or meditation cushion allows your body to open up deeply, releasing stored trauma from the hips and heart. For this purpose I use aesthetic meditation bolster & cushion set. Again, you can follow my advice or decide for other sort of cushions.
3. Ayurvedic Hydration: The copper jug ritual
Ancient wisdom suggests that water stored in copper becomes “alive” and alkaline. Drinking from a copper jug after your practice helps balance your three doshas and keeps your body at peak frequency. For this purpose I use handcrafted copper water jug. Depending on which body movement you choose, either sports, gym, running etc. you can opt also for other options, that optimize your water intake. I also highly reccomend hydrogen water bottle generator. Drinking hydrogen-rich water support energy levels and hydration during physical activity, and help muscle recovery.
Along with the above I choose comfortable clothing: stretchy, breathable and fitted clothing that allows for movement without getting in the way .
Why is yoga my ultimate high-vibe practice?
For me, yoga is far more than a physical practice; it is a sacred dialogue between my soul and my body. In a world that constantly demands we ‘do’ more, yoga is where I learn to ‘be.’
I choose yoga as my primary high-vibe practice because it works on the subtle body. While weightlifting builds muscle, yoga builds prana (life force). Every time I step on the mat, I am not just stretching my hamstrings—I am stretching my capacity to receive abundance. I am untangling the knots of daily stress and realigning my spine, which is the ‘highway’ of my energetic system.
When my body is aligned, my life follows. Yoga teaches me embodied manifestation: the art of feeling the success I desire in my very cells before it even manifests in my reality. It is my daily grounding cord that keeps me centered when the world feels chaotic.
If you have never practiced yoga, here is my special Bonus Ritual to try.
The “Heart-opening alignment” (a 2-minute ritual)
If you only have two minutes, do this. This is my secret weapon for shifting from a state of ‘hustle’ to a state of ‘receiving.’
The pose: come into a gentle child’s pose (balasana) or anahatasana (melting heart pose) using your yoga bolster (or not). These poses are designed to soothe the nervous system and open the back of the heart.
The breath: inhale for a count of 4, hold for 4, and exhale for 8. The long exhale is a biological ‘off-switch’ for stress.
The visualization: as you breathe, imagine a golden light entering your heart space. With every exhale, release the ‘how’ and the ‘when’ of your manifestations.
The affirmation: quietly whisper: ‘I am open to the abundance flowing my way. My body is a magnet for miracles.’
Practice this for 2 minutes every morning, and watch how your day unfolds with effortless ease.
Remember…. your movement is a prayer in motion.
When you treat your body like the temple it is, the Universe treats you back like the queen you are.
Did you try the 2-minute ritual?
