As I mentioned in my previous post, The Manifestation starter kit for beginners, I promised to write another post on how to manifest when you are a beginner.
You have your journal, your crystals, and your intention-setting candle. Now what?
Manifestation isn’t magic; it’s a deliberate practice. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, go back to these 3 foundational steps to put your tools into motion and start seeing results.
While this post focuses on the Scripting Method, these three steps apply to any manifestation technique—whether you prefer journaling, visualization, or quiet meditation.
Scripting method: 3 foundational steps
Step 1: Raise your frequency (The sensory phase)
Manifestation is 20% what you want and 80% how you feel.
Your physical environment directly impacts your energetic state. Before you visualize, reset your space using these essentials:
▪︎ Clear the Energy: use the white sage smudge and palo santo set to cleanse the space. White sage releases dense energy, palo santo invites warmth, clear quartz amplifies intention, selenite maintains clarity and the golden lotus bowl holds the practice.
▪︎ Set the Ambiance: light your favorite Intention Candle to signal to your mind that sacred work is beginning.
▪︎ Anchor your Focus: hold your Clear Quartz Crystal in your non-dominant hand to receive and amplify energy…
Now close your eyes and feel the emotions of your desire. If you want a new job, feel the confidence of walking into that office.
Why it works: you are training your nervous system to resonate with your future reality.
Step 2: Clarify & Script (The journaling phase)
The Universe cannot deliver what you cannot define. Take your Manifestation Journal and write down the desire, exactly what you want—but write it as if it’s already happening.
This is called Scripting.
Spend 5,6 minutes every morning describing your “Dream Day” in the present tense. Use high-vibe words like grateful, excited, and abundant.
The brain doesn’t know the difference between a vivid imagination and reality. Writing in the present tense (like “I am so grateful now that…”) creates the neural pathways.
The “How-To” prompts to start your script:
”I am so happy and grateful now that…”
”It feels so natural to have…”
”I love that my daily life now includes…”
Step 3: The “Let Them” Release (The surrender phase)
This is the hardest part for beginners: letting go. As taught in the Esther Hicks Blueprint, obsession creates resistance. Once you’ve set your intention, you must trust the timing.
End your ritual by saying aloud or writing: “This, or something better.”
Then, go about your day. Focus on being happy now, not when the manifestation arrives.
Expanding your practice
Manifestation is a dance between taking action and trusting the flow. Use your tools daily, keep your frequency high, and watch the doors start to open.
